Terms of Use
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Syntekabio, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and users in relation to the use of information and services provided through the Company’s official website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).
These Terms specifically apply to services such as viewing information, submitting inquiries, collecting leads, and receiving marketing information through the Site.
Article 2 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

These Terms become effective upon being posted on the Site.
2.
The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that such amendments do not violate relevant laws and regulations, and the amended Terms shall be announced on the Site.
3.
In the event of changes unfavorable to users, the Company shall notify users at least seven (7) days in advance through the Site or via other appropriate means.
Article 3 (Definition of Terms)
Definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:

“User” refers to any individual who accesses the Site and uses the services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
2.
“Content” refers to all types of information and materials provided by the Company through the Site, including text, images, documents, data, graphics, videos, etc.
Article 4 (Provision of Services)
The Company provides the following services:

Company information, technical overviews, and service-related content
2.
Publications such as news, blogs, research materials
3.
Inquiry submission, lead capture, event registration, and talent pool registration

Provision of marketing and promotional communications (for users who have given prior consent)
5.
Other services as determined by the Company
※ The Company may change or discontinue part or all of the services and, in principle, will notify users in advance. However, in urgent situations, notice may be given afterward.
Article 5 (User Obligations)
Users shall not engage in any of the following activities when using the Site:
1.
Providing false information or impersonating another person
2.
Reproducing, storing, distributing, publishing, or commercially using the Company’s content without authorization
3.
Interfering with the stable operation of the Site or causing server overload
4
Infringing upon the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, or reputation of the Company or any third party
5.
Any act that violates relevant laws or these Terms
※ Users shall faithfully comply with applicable laws and these Terms of Use.
Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All copyrights and intellectual property rights to the content on the Site belong to the Company or rightful third-party holders and are protected under the Copyright Act of the Republic of Korea and international treaties.
2.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, post, modify, or commercially use the content of the Site without the Company’s prior written consent.
3.
However, nonprofit use through citation is permitted within the scope allowed by law, provided that the source is clearly attributed as the official website of Syntekabio.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
The Company shall not be held liable in the following cases:
1.
Service disruption due to reasons attributable to the user
2.
Accuracy or reliability of information provided by third parties or linked external websites
3.
Service interruption due to force majeure, including natural disasters, hacking, system failure, or network issues

Consequences of decisions made by users based on information obtained from the Site, including investment, medical, or technical actions
Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
1.
The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2.
Any disputes arising between the Company and users in connection with Site usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company’s headquarters as the court of first instance.
Article 9 (Miscellaneous)
1.
These Terms apply only to the Company’s official website. Separate services operated by the Company (e.g., individual SaaS platforms, investor portals) may be governed by their respective terms and conditions.
2.
Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by the Company’s Privacy Policy, relevant laws and regulations, and generally accepted commercial practices.
